Delivery & Deadlines
What are the delivery times?
All orders are prepared within 24 to 48 business hours. Delivery in mainland France is generally within 4 to 6 days via Colissimo.
Which carriers do you use?
We work with Colissimo , a La Poste service known for its reliability. Each order is sent with a tracking number.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only deliver to France and select European countries. See our Delivery page for delivery areas.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return a product if it doesn't suit me?
Yes. In accordance with the law, you have 14 days to change your mind after receiving your order.
How to make a return?
Contact us via the contact form or by email with your order number. We will tell you what to do next. Items must be returned new, unworn, with their tags attached.
When will I be reimbursed?
Refunds are made within 5 to 7 working days after receipt and verification of the returned product.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments by credit card (Visa, MasterCard) , Apple Pay and Shop Pay . All payments are 100% secure.
Is payment secure?
Yes. All transactions are encrypted via SSL and processed by our certified payment partners.

How to choose the right size?
We recommend consulting the size guide available on each product page. If you're unsure of two sizes, choose the larger one for an oversized look.
Are your products unisex?
The majority of our clothing is designed for a masculine cut, but several models can fit a feminine silhouette depending on the size chosen.
Where are your clothes made?
Our parts are made in Europe , with a constant concern for quality, durability and respect for ethical standards.

How do I care for my clothes?
Our products are designed to last. To preserve their quality:
- Machine wash at 30–40°C (cotton/delicate cycle)
- Air drying recommended
- Avoid tumble drying to prolong the life of the fibers

I haven't received my package, what should I do?
Start by checking the tracking link you received via email. If necessary, contact our customer service with your order number and we'll take a look.

Do I need to create an account to order?
No, it's not mandatory. You can order as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders and save time on future purchases.
Can I modify my order after validation?
If your order has not yet been shipped, contact us as soon as possible: we will do our best to make the change.
